just got a p320 compact with a light what holsters fit? help

What kind of light?

Most concealment holsters are molded to fit the P320 with only one specific light model attached.

So, for example, if you have both a X300 light and a TLR-1 light, you'd need one holster for the P320 Compact with X300 attached, and a different holster for the P320 Compact with TLR-1 attached.

Where do you plan to carry IWB? Appendix carry (forward of the hip) or hip carry (on the hip or just behind the hip).

Those require two different types of holsters.

Take a look at ANR Designs. I carry a P320C off duty with a TLR7 and Leupold Delta Point Pro. My holster from them works great.
