I have an older P320 Carry that went back for the upgrade, but still has the older slide lock lever. Will the X-Carry grip module work with the older levers or do they require the newer style lever?

The X-Carry grip module works with both styles of slide lock levers. Unlike the standard modules, there's no specific molding in that area to interfere with the older larger levers.

They work with the older catch

Being left handed I prefer the older takedown lever, as well.
