I bought a SAO Sig 220 in .22LR years ago and forgot about it. I'd like to get it converted to .45 cause I dig the SAO trigger. Is there a source for the X-Change kits anymore or does anyone carry P220 slides?

There have been many versions over the years and you'll have a lot more to choose from.
