I've had both before, but sold both and bought a 43 and 43X-great guns. But, I got the bug for another 365XL and Buds is fulfilling my "need" with an XL having the manual safety. Be here mid-week, I think. So I have two questions: !. What, exactly, do I have to buy to convert regular P365 10 and 12 rounders to fit my XL? And who would you purchase whatever I need from? I try to buy from our members here, like Greg Cote, if he has what I need, but I didn't see anything he had that does what I want to do. 2. I have also been thinking about buying a grip module for a regular P365 MS from Sig, as $60 seems reasonable. If I buy the module, do I just press out the pin at the rear of the frame and lift the XL guts out and then reverse into the new plain P365 module? Or is it more complicated than that? The 10 rounders will be a no-go for the XL. The mag body is too short for the frame. On the 12 rounders, you can take the extension base off and use the middle piece of the base as the new base of the mag. It will have gaps on the sides of the bottom of the mag. I ended up buying new base plates (under $10 if I recall) and the bottom of the mag will be enclosed. The 365 grip module is super easy to work with. Like you said, push the pin out and the FCU lifts right out. Hope this helps.

Tactical Development makes a base you can use with the 10rd mag to work in XL grip. https://tactical.dev/products/...l-10-round-magazines
