I am looking for suggestions for two holsters for my 1.0 Shield with TLR-6. I need a paddle-style holster, and a IWB holster. The one IWB I have does not conceal it well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Safariland makes a retention paddle holster, but they are not very concealable.

When I was running a holster company I offered 13 holster designs, with or without 4 common options, left-hand and right-hand, in 4 finish colors, for 168 different handgun models. That works out to 87,000 possible variations and required thousands and thousands of patterns in file, each of which represented several hours of work to produce in final form for production use.

I had about 80 "dummy guns" on hand, and 74 actual handguns in the safes for use in patterning and forming holsters. In recent years a new handgun model is introduced every couple of weeks, and I would immediately start receiving requests for holsters. A decision had to be made; dummy guns are seldom available until a gun has been on the market for a year or more and achieved a significant market share (and most models are never available as dummies), so the decision was usually about whether or not to pay the price of a new pistol to use in the shop, and that decision required a significant and ongoing demand to justify the expense. Even then, when a new pistol was added I knew that it would take me at least 30 hours or so to pattern, produce a prototype to test the pattern, adjust the pattern, repeat the process 2 or 3 times, before I was ready to start production (and that time produced no financial compensation at that time, just time taken away from other productive work).

There are dozens of laser sights, tactical lights, and other after-market products on the market, and something new is introduced every few weeks. Adding in the most common devices would require hundreds and hundreds of hours of work creating the new patterns, while also expanding the holster product line into the millions of possible variations. The lasers, lights, and other gizmos are never offered in "dummy" form, so I would have to purchase one of each to have on hand in the shop (and most electronics would not fare well in an environment of wet-forming of leather and detail boning of holster details, they would simply be destroyed in short order).

Plus, I would probably need at least one full-time employee to keep track of all the "newest and bestest" stuff to hit the market.

Short version: There is a reason why most holster shops do not pursue that (relatively small) market segment of pistols with add-on accessory devices.
