just received an email from Grips4you. They now have (just releasing) 2 different grips for the 210A & target. Below are the links they included in the email (not setup in the online catalog yet). One set is smooth, one is checkered. A third type is in the works. I ordered a set of the checkered grips!

Smooth

Checkered

Finally. Nice!
Interesting that smooth is more expensive than checkered.

Btw, it's interesting that, in the smooth grip link, the P210 shown is that of the German Super Target, not the American.

Fyi, the German Super Target's grip frame is cut differently from the American. So, whatever fits one gun won't fit the other.
In fact, if they used the German Super Target as the reference to make the grips, for sure they will NOT fit the American P210.

I got that email too. If I understand it correctly, they indicate the grips are for the Super Target, which is "known as the American model". IIRC, my American P210A and my regular P210 Legend guns have different grip frames. Are the American and the German Super Target frames the same then? Or has an American Super Target been released?

Pretty sure they're referring to the Super Target style safety lever. Because there is no 6-inch American Super Target at this time.

If the picture they provide is correct, these will not fit the American made P210. That frame humps up where the grip meets it. The German made target version is straight and flat from left to right.

I’ll probably be send them back. Crap, should have looked before I ordered.... my own fault.

Interesting in that the reference to the P210A has been removed.

Sounds like someone gave them the heads up that they messed up.

No problems with me, because I will give these grips a try on my German Super Target.

I sent them an email and explained the difference. They responded that they will take the grips back if they don’t fit. I’m pretty sure they won’t fit.

Funny how when I got the email that it said P210A (American), now it's just super target. Any, I received them today and took a picture of the new grips sitting next to my P210A.

You'll notice the difference of where the grip meets the frame.

Well, I bought the grips from beltfed21 for my German Super Target 6". And, the fit is perfect, the look is great, and the feel is fantastic thanks to the excellent checkering, especially in the back strap. The lack of the hump in the back is also a big help. Thanks, B. Smile

With the original Super Target grips:

So the moral of the story is: Grips4u, if you're listening, make these exact same grips for the actual P210A, ASAP!

Q, You're very welcome! And Thank You!

They look great on your German P210!

The folks at Grips4u have assured me they are working on grips for the P210A. Hopefully sooner rather then later!
