That's a valid criticism, even if cameras had not been there to witness the malfunction and the amount of time it took to clear it.
All other things being equal, bottleneck cartridges are perceived to have an inherent feeding advantage over their non-bottleneck counterparts, but no firearm design is entirely malfunction-free, and the internal magazine design of this pistol may doom it.
