BullBarrel, this isn't Instagram. Speak, man. Words, sentences, paragraphs. Give details on the items you're showing, and you certainly need to say at least enough to avoid the confusion I see in this thread.

Speak to the members, please, and have the consideration to answer their questions. If, however, all you wish to do is advertise your wares, that kind of thing belongs in Classifieds, not the Pistols section.

- Not trying to fool anyone or hide anything in the end.
- Placing the pistol on top of the box with the tag was to get reaction from SIG, NH. No need to go into details, but it worked ..VERY well actually and I had some good discussion with some folks from SIG. (Apologies!!....as I am WELL aware that this was also a short term curve ball to the rest of you). To make a long story short - who knows.....maybe we all will get the factory 4" model soon.

- However, A FULL DISCLOSURE - 72 hours after the image was first published on FRI night was planned right from the beginning!

- MOST IMPORTANTLY: When I received the pistol I made certain agreement with some people what should and should not be said right away and I stay behind my promises. Sorry again if this caused any angst.

This is NOT a factory model. It is custom work by Chuck Warner from Elite Warrior Armament on P210 Standard. The pistol is not finished yet as it will be receiving factory PVD finish on slide and barrel. In addition to making the slide and barrel shorter, recoil system was reworked as well. Full action tuning was done and the trigger breaks at just under 2 lbs. (No need to get excited, it will never be carried - range firearm only).

I am working very close with Elite Warrior Armament on some additional improvements / tuning to American P210 models and I will share them here as they will be getting accomplished.

Probably not the best result, even if the attention was good. I think a lot of hopes were raised, only to find that this is a result well out of reach for even most of the people that are willing to spend P210A money.

It's a neat gun, but I think if you'd have posted it with a write up on how it all came to be and what the process was and everything, this thread would be five pages long now and without a call out from management.

But if we were just trying to get the folks at Sig to look, I guess mission accomplished.

we will never know for sure.......but this 'could' release it faster...... Good news is that IT IS coming for sure and its attributes (besides the size) are going to be very exciting - while for the longest time many had their doubts that it will be ever made....I hope that this news will somehow make up for me holding the info for 3 days..

Man, this is so lame. Oh, the man just just couldn't wait until Monday to post the whole thing. It's like it's vitally important that he had to leak just a bit of pics with zero info 72 hours before the big non-event just to pull folks in. Roll Eyes

Boy, haven't we heard that before. Yeah, sure, it's coming.....next decade. I'll believe it when I see it. I don't need to read any more hype. But if they ever make it like the one shown here, I suggest naming it the P210A Short LDC. More catchy than just "Carry".

Seems more like it was a ploy to call attention whatever parts will be coming out of his place in the near future and that Warner is doing work on them now.

I’m just glad I didn’t waste your time trying to track one down for me...

And yet SIG CS could (and has) said that the plan has always been to release one model of P210 per year and that the only question is whether the Super Target or the Carry would be released next year, with the other model being released the year after that. In other words, what "we will never know for sure" is that this effort ever had anything to do with when or if the Carry was ever going to be released into the wild.

No, it's not. Sure wasted a bunch of time this weekend searching for info and possible availability.

"That it is" is the quote of the response by Bullbarrel. Asked straight up if it was the P210 Carry and gave a response that was not factual.

So this is an attempt at 'drumming up some buzz" for Elite Warrior Armament?

Got it, you are basically a PR hack then...?

One question. Are you being compensated for your advertisement efforts?
