Will a P320 manual safety template work on the
Wilson combat module? full size doesn't come with manual safety cutout.

You would think so but you should probably ask the guy who made the template.

ABprotoype (www.ABprototype.com) sells Wilson Combat P320 Grip Modules.

Wison has not offered a Manual Safety version of their X-Compact Grip module, but AB Prototype cut a standard Grip Module for me and it functions & looks OEM.

I've met Alex a couple of times and had his company modify one of my P320 pistols by adding the Manual Safety.

They do great work.
