I'm contemplating changing out a few P226 grips, some which will require a trigger bar spring or main spring seat change.
The main spring seat swap appears to change the angle of the hammer strut and the main spring compression.

Will changing the main spring seat affect the trigger pull weight or otherwise affect the pull characteristics?

I've only ever used the tall plastic seat, but I've read that others have felt a better pull going from the old metal seat to the tall plastic one. Some people have reported not liking the short plastic (E2) seat as well as the long plastic one.
