So after hearing about how the LCP II is a single action, and seeing how it doesn’t have a safety, how safe is this little gun? Is it drop safe? I currently own one and am a little concerned... Does anyone have any insight on this little pistol, and how it’s action works? Are there more internal safeties?

There is a long thread on this forum covering some or all of your concerns. https://sigforum.com/eve/forums...0601935/m/2960087434 Probably some other ones are available also.

That thread doesn’t address the safety concerns. This interests me as well since I’ve recently bought an LCP 2 as a pocket gun for work

There is no firing pin block on it, so I passed on it.

The LCPs do not have a hammer block safety to block the hammer from hitting the firing pin when the trigger has not been pulled. But they do have a half cock notch that is designed to catch the hammer if it slipped off the sear.

Sold out at that link. Gallery of Guns had 99+ of the Custom a few days ago. Davidson's must've done a deal with Ruger to get a batch of these made for them.
