Paddle holster for gun + mag?
Does anyone know know of a paddle holster that has an integrated mag pouch?

(Something similar to this, but with a paddle.)

Never seen a holster like that.

Curious why one would want a spare mag on their dominant side. What's the benefit?

I frequently carry a spare magazine on my dominant side, usually in a pocket. I don't know where I'll end up or in what condition, that might limit my ability to reach a magazine on my weak side.

It may mean that I can't get to one magazine or the other, but it also means that I'm less likely to be unable to reach any magazine. I can get to either one with either hand, if needed.

With my P365, a 15 round spare on the right and left side also distributes the weight a little; two magazines in one pocket on my leg weighs the pocket down. When carrying on the waistband, I usually have both magazines on the same side, on the weak side, but do try to arrange them so I can secure w magazine with either hand.

I've seen a lot of holsters, usually cordura/velcro cheap ones, that put a magazine next to the pistol. It does seem an awkward arrangement, especially if that's the only magazine carried.

Craft holsters and Falco both make one but they are nylon

High Noon holsters makes the Dually Lite, which has the magazine pouch incorporated into the holster, but it’s not offered with a paddle. I have one for my Glock 43x, and I like it a great deal.

Can't help for the simple reason I'm trained to keep the spare magazine on the other side.

Yep, spare mag always is carried on the opposite side of pistol.

This style holster with a mag pouch are typically used for appendix carry, than your off hand can reach for the reload mag in front.

Except this is a dominant side OWB holster. I've got AWIB holsters with "sidecars", but this is a whole different animal that puts the mag as far away from the reloading hand as possible.

To each his own, I suppose.

Yeah, that setup seems very poorly designed and not well thought-out.

I think they are aimed at the, for lack of a better term, "Don't know any better" crowd.
