Less than 30 minutes later, my phone rang. It was Greg. He said he'd reviewed my order, and wanted to be sure that I meant to order 10-round mags since I don't live in a state that requires them. He was able to correct my order over the phone, and I got my 17-round mags within a day or two.

Greg's good people. About ten years ago, I ordered a number of stainless P220 magazines from him. They arrived and some of them wouldn't lock into the gun. I sent him an email and he called me and apologized. Apparently some 1911 magazines got mixed in with the P220 magazines. He told me to check my email because there was an email from him with a shipping label to fix it on his dime, along with the tracking number for the correct magazines he had already shipped, also no charge.

Then I didn't return the 1911 magazines as quickly as I should have and he called to ask me about them, because I was fucking up his inventory.

I've done business with him since, and will continue to. Good guy, excellent customer service.
