| I dont see why it would damage the frame. Personally, I would spend the money on ammo. Glocks (minus the sights) are pretty good out of the box. |

| Damage the frame? No. If anything, it might damage the mag release cutout on the magazines with a lot of use, but probably wouldn't do that, either. But, no- no damage to the frame. |

| All-metal magazines? For Glocks? Since when? Gen5 Glocks are shipping with metal-lined polymer mags. The only difference between gen5 mags and older Glock mags is a different color follower and a stronger magazine spring. |

My other Sig is a Steyr.
| Got a few aftermarket mag release options in the stable. Stainless, brass, aluminum, etc. with no issues at all. Heck, one has a grip reduction with a brass plug replacing the cavity and eliminating the palm swell. This gave it an altered grip angle. Feels like a M&P 9mm more than anything else. Added a few TiN parts when they went on sale. Yeah, been told the 'lipstick on a pig' routine many times, but if everybody only had a Gen(whatever) and only shot 9s all the time... This being my most customized Glock, if any magazine issues would had presented themselves, it would have been with this one. Nothing to speak of other than running out of ammo. You needn't worry. Keep on shootin'

| These are discussed here https://sigforum.com/eve/forums...0601935/m/3200090454 They have a pre order on their site. I also like the mag release they have for the 43x/48. | I just re-read what I wrote. I didn’t mean all metal OEM mags. I was worried about damaging the OEM mags. Also, I may use some all metal mags in the future. quote: Originally posted by parabellum: All-metal magazines? For Glocks? Since when? Gen5 Glocks are shipping with metal-lined polymer mags.
