I sold mine off shortly after acquiring a P365.

Still carry my G43. I don't trust my P365.

I sold my G43 and bought a 365. I liked the idea of getting more rounds without sacrificing size and no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't stop gripping the Glock in a way that prevented the slide from locking back. It was wierd, I've never had that problem with any other pistol.

I like the 43x with the Shield Arms mags. The mags have been flawless and for a package just a bit taller than a G26 but thinner, 15+1 is fantastic.

Honestly, that's the same reason I sold mine. Incredible design, questionable manufacture. It pains me to say that because I really liked the P365.

I have an early 90's German P239 9mm I won't part with, though.

My latest purchase. I haven't taken it to the range yet, but just handling it I'm impressed. Sad it took a third party to innovate Glock's design a step higher, but this is a formidable package if it works.

I'm highly tempted to have the 43X milled for an RMSc.

Don't have a P365 or any other really small carry gun so I still carry my G43. Reliable, I shoot it fairly well and it's easy to carry. Why not.

I've toyed with the G43 upper on a G48 lower (basically a G43x) and although it's just a tad harder to conceal, it's a pretty neat set up.

I carry the P365 quite a bit. I really like the G43; it's been an outstanding firearm. I carried it in the field a lot, shot it as often as able. It disappears in the pocket.

When I bought my G43 it was always intended as a secondary to my G23, but in that role I seldom carried it even before I invested in other alternatives. Hated 6+1. Vehemently. And though I tried them, I hated the idea of third-party mag mods. Dalliances with the PPS M2 before that soured on me (barrel issues, recall) more or less showed the proverbial handwriting on the wall for my little 9mm Glock.

My later-to-the-game P365s now serve as my "convenience carry" option. None of the early gun histrionics, and so far no other issues have arisen to give pause, plus I like the small size with the flush 10rd mags. Lots of rounds through, and they've proven themselves to be quite dependable and rather enjoyable for such small tykes. Meanwhile the poor G43 is now relegated to be my third-stringer, so to speak. In the last year or so I've probably carried it once over the SIG, and that was more a 'for the hell of it' moment than for any otherwise valid reason.

And it's about due to be demoted even further now that I'm close to being done with my G43X 'Franken' build. Poor G43. Building a 6+1 when almost everything else at the time yielded greater cap space was NOT a good idea then, and has proven--by its near dead sales numbers prior to Covid-19--to be even dumber now. Glock and their arrogance.

How many rounds have you put through it? And have YOU had any problems with it?

I carry one because I own it and it works perfectly for me. I could spend the money on a P365 but I don’t see a good enough reason to. Also keep in mind that I’m writing this post on an I phone 5. I’m the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it guy”.

I love my G43. Just slip in a pocket and run. I have a CT laser on it and use a Desantis holster.

I had a 43x for a short while; for whatever reason I got slide bite. That isn't a problem with the two standard 43's I own. All my mags have the TT "+1" base pads. One is equipped with a TLR-6. I have complete confidence in them and find them easy to carry and deploy.

I have a P365. I put a SIG straight trigger on it, mostly "just because". I put Night Fision night sights on it because I've had very bad luck with SIGs recent production (last several years) night sights. I probably shoot it better than the Glocks, but I still haven't got my draw stroke down with it; it still feels like it's going to shoot out of my hand.

I'm happy with all of them and think that we're in a Golden Age of tiny, effective pistols.

I have the following smallish carry guns:

J Frame Smith 340, Glock 42, Glock 43, Glock 26, Glock 43X, Ruger LCP, Sig P365.

The Glock 42 gets carried most days. The Sig P365 gets carried when I want more ammo and firepower.

The G43 is a lonely bitch. Never gets carried any longer. The 43 and the 365 are similar in size, so I chose the 365.

G43 is my go to carry gun. Flat, light and accurate it works for me.

At the time, that "bad, dumb, arrogant idea" was what the market place had been wanting for years- a single-stack Glock. From some accounts I have seen, Glock has sold around 1 million of them. That's not a bad result from bad, dumb and arrogant thinking.

The 365 and Hellcat, to name the most recent latest and greatest, just don't do it for me. And that's fine- they're great options for some. Maybe someday I'll change my mind- I have before. As I sometimes say to people when the occasion comes about, that's one of the luxuries of having so many fine choices.

On duty I carry a G43 as my back up. Off duty I carry (depending on clothing and location):

1. G43x
2. G43
4. G26
5. Kimber K6s

I carry one off duty, I had a 649 many moons ago and the 43 does for me what it did. Familiar platform, with a Hogue slip on grip it fits my hand perfectly. 7 rounds of 124+p or 147 gold dots is plenty of firepower for a pocket gun. I like it.
