Doug Turnbull. He did quite a few of the Smith CCH guns. They will confirm if they did it if you e-mail them your serial number. Here are the ones I have (including the 22-4)

Although I ended up giving the bottom one to my SIL when he married my daughter.
My pair of WG P226s, the top one is factory DAO.
My pair of Gen 2 Glocks I have two Gen 2 G17S, but no picture of them together.
