Not sure if Classic. But here is my %80 1911 I built. Thing is a freaking laser beam. Super dirty as you can see on the muzzle and a bad photo. But you get the idea. Train how you intend to Fight Remember - Training is not sparring. Sparring is not fighting. Fighting is not combat.

None of them so far have been, though all very nice, they're modern 1911's (I aint got none either) Though of that last trio, I only own the one on the left now. _____________________________________________________ Sliced bread, the greatest thing since the 1911.

More modern than the other, and I'll never be a fan of front slide serrations, but good lord this one is a shooter.

Here's my plain jane Ed Brown in 45 auto. The closest catalog item is the Executive Target. My personal touches include the non-textured front strap, solid trigger, abbreviated beavertail grip safety and sterile slide. Note also the traditional slide stop contour. Given my druthers, I would have preferred 90 degree slide serrations with traditional style grip & thumb safeties.

Bought this SW new about 6 years ago. Has a couple thousand rounds through it. Never a malfunction and shoots like a dream!

Picked my first up just five days ago... Shoots great for me, too "America is at that awkward stage.
