So I bought a P6 made in 83 and the hammer squeaks when I drop it. I broke it down and cleaned it reall well but it still squeaks. Any idea how to make it stop? Also where can I get a kit of new springs spare extractor etc? The slide roll pin seems to be a small pin inside a large pin any information on this and replacement would be appreciated. I just want to get it up to tip top shape. Any suggestions as to how to do that would be appreciated.

Try a dab of grease on the base of the hammer strut where spring meets the pin.

As for the roll pins on the slide, It's probably best to use new ones if you ever take them out, Use a proper roll pin punch and make sure that the openings of each pin are on opposite sides of each other.
