Where are you located? Shoot Straight in FL has them.

Since you mentioned you want one with the safety in FDE, what you're describing is the commemorative model.

After a quick google search Osage County Guns shows them to be in stock, and there's also a few on GB as well.

If you don't want to pay the extra money for the commemorative model I believe you can buy all the FDE bits separately and just swap out the black controls on a commercial model.

I just bought a commercial M18 last week for $599.00. And just for a heads up the issued version has black controls not FDE .

I would like an all-black M18. Seems these are available as LE pistols and the online stores that have them require LE credentials. I don't mind paying a little more for it...

^^ Been looking for a deal on one of those myself. They seem to be scarcer than the FDE versions.
