I have a gun that seems to be gone from the Sig site. Where can I get a compact size grip, slide, and barrel to drop my trigger into? Thanks!

Look for 320 conversion kits on Arms List, Gun Broker or Guns America as a starting point and classifieds here or on other sites. Some vendors like Top Gun Supply, Buds, Osage County and Proven Outfitters are worth a look.

The grip and barrel should be interchangeable between the P320sc and P250sc in 9mm and .40s&w/.357sig, (.45acp?). Not certain about the slide(?).

A P250 "2 Sum" version might be found if you're patient.

Look carefully at the butt, when the magazine slides in. The original 250 frame had the recess in the bottom placed differently than later versions or the 320. Current compact mags may not be compatible without a base place change, and they're kind of speedy.

Useless for a P250.

Okay, found barrels and grip modules for a compact but no slide or recoil spring and rod. Do I need anything else to have a compact?

Private email me Bonker, we might can make a deal... I bought the full exchange kit last year thinking it was a sub-compact but is just a compact... grip module, slide, barrel and spring.

blume357@bellsouth.net or the one in my profile works too

Thanks, Bud! I need to get it together piece by piece because I'm a newly self-employed guy so can only divert a little bit of $$ each month. Good luck!

If you have a P250sc, you need a P250c slide to make a compact.

A P320 slide (above on the left) will not work with a P250 FCU, which requires a P250 slide (above on the right).

You might consider just getting a compact grip module and cutting the dust cover back to fit your subcompact slide (above on the right).

you would be wise to buy the whole exchange kit together. trying to piece it together will likely cost more money
