Has anyone received a coupon code for the three free magazines Sig is offering in its X-Macro promotion? I've been waiting six weeks since purchasing the pistol and submitting the photos and documentation required. I got an e-mailed "thank you" reply when I filed online. I've heard nothing, since.

My brother bought his X-Macro on Monday and put in for his mags the same day. He texted me yesterday that the mags had already shipped. Might want to call CS.

Sure enough-- my online submission had been mishandled. A helpful Sig phone rep located it and I received my discount code immediately. The mags are now on the way. Thanks, sprg03-A3. I was way too patient.

I also called Sig Cs and the very kind rep "found" my submission and sent it through. Got my code and ordered my 3 free 17 round macro mags.

It took them six weeks to handle mine, and only after following up repeatedly after the first month passed.

I haven't seen mine going to give them a call, maybe they want you to bug them?

what a joke I called sig today and she says yes we have your information, I will send you a code just apply it when you check out and your 3 mags will be free, I applied it but it's asking me for credit card info?? why do they make this so hard? they have all the info when you send it to them why cant they just send you the 3 mags and be done with it. they are just hoping people will forget about it.

My serial number showed as "invalid" and gave me a phone number for Sig CS. I called and the guy I spoke with said some serial numbers for guns made in September (I bought mine in October) didn't get into the database. I sent him the required information and got my promo code within five minutes. I placed my order at 5:00 on a Wednesday, got the mags the following Monday...five days, including a weekend!

Just received my 3 mags today. If your waiting more than three weeks give them a call.
