BennerP220I can’t decide if I should put an optic on my new Glock 19 gen 6.
I get it. That’s what I was thinking originally. I just can’t fight the urge to put one on.
CAS is on to something. I may need another. This one goes with my gen 5 19.

The gen6 19 to me isn't big enough to need an optic for what I want. I have a P365XL with optic that I never carry either. I think I'll carry the gen6 19 more if I just keep it plain, no optic, no light.

BennerP220Does anyone know which length screws I should use to mount the 407c to my gen 6 19? It came with two different lengths. I’ve tried them both and both work. I’m thinking I’ll just use the longer ones but figured I’d ask before I torque them. Since the extractor is shorter there is no interference with a screw going too deep.

BennerP220I have been searching on the google but I guess the gen 6 is too new. I’m not finding anything.

SigSauerP226Maybe contact Holosun?
I think at this point any newer gun, if it’s not pocket carry, I’m adding an optic. My older P226 and DW CBOB will never get an optic. I considered milling my Glock 26, but I pocket carry it occasionally so decided not to. My 320 and P365XL both got optics. If I get any other newer stuff I will put an optic on it. The optic just makes it so much easier if you do your part. My P365XL/Holosun SCS is my current go to CCW.

BennerP220I did use the longer screws. Went out and sighted 'er in. No issues. Shot great.
I'm liking the just the gun and optic. I feel a light is essential but I have an unattached light. I feel like the pistols just get huge with an optic and light. In uniform, however, a mounted light is non-negotiable. All my firearms must have them.
