I'm using the P320 Carry. I went to the Wilson Combat grip mod but I'm looking for something with more texture and "grip".

I like the Boresight grip mods but $350 plus is a lot of money.

Anyone use the Grayguns sculpted grip mods?

Yes. I have Grayguns sculpted grips (entire lower frames) for both my Sig P365 and P365X. IMHO, they are a significant improvement for establishing a positive effective grip, and tactile certainty in wet or snowy conditions.
