cslingerCarry Guns by type...what say you?
To add to my post. For many years now I have settled on the P2000 and P30 in DA/SA for defensive guns. I do so not because they are the BEST GUNS EVER by any stretch as they have their quirks just like all the others, but the feel and manual of arms are second nature to me and I just like having that hammer to thumb on holstering as well as having a heavier DA first shot to provide a margin of error, however small it might be. In my world administrative gun handling is FAR more likely than shooting so these suit me very well. Doesn't make it right just makes it right for me.

I try to stray but always find my way back here.

gjgalliganIt changes over the years, J frames for several years. Got to carrying my p239s IWB for several years then got a sp101 itch for several years.
Last few years I have moved to mostly a lcr in .327mag.
My 365 is getting a bit more carry in cooler weather and I have a p320 that I will be carrying a bit more often if I can. The democrats are looking to pretty much kill concealed/open carry in this state. And they are in control of the House, Senate, and the Governor seat.

ACP1I carry a CZ compact CPR I do not carry a striker fired gun because to me that like a cocked and locked pistol with no safety.

Snake207I carry this probably more than any other pistol.
Beretta PX4 Compact in a VM2.
While my Glock 26, Shield, LCP, and 642 are carried on occasion as situation and attire dictate, this is what I have on me the overwhelming majority of the time.
I know a red dot is in my future, and at some point I'll have to make a decision. But that's a few years off - so until then, I'm a DA/SA Posse Member.
