I am left handed and own a P210A target. The grip fits my left hand well. I mostly use it for range fun, but did shoot Texas Star Matches with it. I bought some Nills target grips for my P210-6. Due to the grip design the P210-6 is no longer easily fireable for right handed shooters. If I'm going to let a righ hander try my P210, it has to be the P210A target.
One of my sons is left handed and he shoots my P210 Target quite a bit. With the original wood oversize grips, or the new grips I put on it he had no problems. He's got a unique way to draw (lefty) then roll the gun sideways as he's pushing it out and snaps the safety down with his right thumb then completes his grip as he's finally pointed at the target. Looks strange as he's doing it but it works!
I put on Armory Craft grips and they are exactly what I was looking for to use the pistol in Steel Matches.
