Yes and they look to have been taken down a bit near slide release and decocker.

I think it is the lighting. I see no evidence the area has been altered, though I can see where you might think that. But in person it doesn't appear that way.

Great video, thank you Grump1 for sharing. I love my SIG p226 MK 25. One of my main carry pistols is the SIG M11-A1 but my 226 has more rounds through it.
