Arma Zeka has been in Europe for a short time, but they are just trickling into the States now. My favorite LGS was able to snag me one of the first off the boat, serial #3.

Arma Zeka (or AZ for short) has several offerings, all of which are geared towards competition in some form. I'm sure a few could probably double as a duty pistol...albeit a very expensive duty pistol.

https://www.armazeka.cz/en/

They all have aluminum frames, but also have a heavy steel subframe with an extensive slide to frame rail. Other than using a typical Browning style lockup, the AZ’s design is unique to these pistols.

The Super Optics Special is a brand new model.
Its SAO with a threaded comp. The trigger is among the best in the business at a super crisp 1.75 lbs and a short, positive reset. The gun is heavy at 44.2oz with an empty magazine, but the balance is superb. I shot it recently at a local match and its as fast and accurate as any pistol in my collection.

This is, in my opinion, the new high water mark for pistols built in the Czech Republic and its competitive with top handguns from all over the world, as far as I'm concerned. The build quality, fit and finish, and attention to detail are all way off the charts. The ergonomics are perfect, in my opinion. The smoothness of the action cycle is second to none.

Styling is a bit over the top, especially for their flagship models with all the bells and whistles, but I like that sort of thing on pistols of this nature.

Has anyone here research these yet?

Thanks for reading and enjoy the pics...

Nice looking pistol.
Unfortunately I can’t view the website as I don’t have a firearms license or permit. HA.

Interesting, but all the large either etched or screened model numbers/info on the slide is a bit of a buzzkill.

Interesting. Is that a hollowed-out trigger?

Okay, I think I'm going to start a poll asking all members whether bac1023 should be barred from subjecting us all to such wonderful and super nice expensive pistols with lavish and detailed shots of them slathered all over the Forum. I mean, how much can a guy take?

Take for example this f68king gun. Never heard of it, living blissfully ignorant of its existance in the world until opening this topic and now suddenly ITS THE THING I CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT!!!

Also, apropos to nothing, can the LEOs with experience in the Darkweb please step in and discuss how kidneys and spare children are placed for sale there? Thanks.

Very nice looking gun, a little flashy but very nice. You have an amazing collection. Do you plan on shooting it? Just curious if you do, if you could post later how it shoots and all the good stuff dreams are made of.

I actually did shoot it last night in a match and it exceeded my super high expectations. Extremely flat, precise, and extraordinarily accurate.

I’m suddenly a big proponent of Arma Zeka.

Amazingly capable pistol they built

What kind of match?
An iron sight compensated gun is way behind the times in USPSA and not allowed in IDPA. But of course there are all sorts of wildcat shoots with own rules.

Just local stuff Jim. It’s not regulated. We just shoot for fun.

Interesting stuff. Their CNC machine is a little too hyperactive for my own aesthetic tastes, but it's cool that there's another Czech gunmaker vying to make a name for itself in the premium market.

No. It doesn’t use the CZ design, actually

I have another one of their models inbound that will be much less outrageous.

Moving down a notch from "super high expectations," then?

Nope

It won’t be compensated, but I expect the same awesome ergonomics and trigger. I generally don’t buy guns unless my expectations are “super high” in some form or another. Life is too short to have it any other way, as far as I’m concerned. Smile

You buy guns to photograph and post on the internet, to wow all the peasants.

How about posting a photo or two of that match you shot with your "Rolls Royce"?

Funny

You’re clueless as to exactly what I do, quite frankly. Yes, I have many collectibles I don’t shoot that are no longer made and very valuable. However, I have a ton of high end shooters as well, only a small fraction of which I post here. This is one of these shooters

I don’t post pics of targets, mainly because I don’t have to. While I’m no grand master, I’m plenty secure in my shooting ability.

What's with the finish on its spare magazine? It looks terrible unless it's the light.

Who asked you to post pictures of targets? You're walking around with not one but two high-resolution cameras in your pocket, and you didn't take any pictures when you had your royal blaster out amongst the commoners?

And with respect to what you do- I'm not entirely clueless, no. I know one thing you do, because you do it in this forum fairly regularly. You post pictures of dozens of high-end pistols most members here would never be able to afford, and you seem to have no perception of how this might be received.

I don't get the impression I am speaking to someone who is presenting an authentic self to us- and that's us and not just me. You say things like your special pistol "exceeded my super high expectations." Do you have any idea how phony that sounds?

I am asking you to be a genuine person, and to not constantly give the impression that you are floating your yacht in a public swimming pool. This forum is populated by the common man, of which I am one.

I imagine you'll brush aside what I'm trying to tell you.
