I seem to recall that Promag was pretty much the Walmart of Magazines, but that may be wrong.

I'd like to get a couple extras, recommendations for brands and sources appreciated.

Promag isn't the Walmart of magazines, it's the "shady guy in a back alley selling counterfeit goods out of the trunk of his car" of magazines...

I'm not aware of any reputable aftermarket magazine manufacturers offering Shield 45 magazines. So stick to factory mags.

I've checked a couple of places, either "out of stock, backorder okay" or just plain out of stock.

JoeBob is a reputable company and I've purchased multiple OEM magazines from them, including Shield 9mm mags.

They have, in stock, what you want at $24.95 which is a steep discount off of the $38 MSRP. They are new OEM mags and you can buy with confidence. A few months ago I bought a bunch of new OEM 9mm 7 round mags when they had them discounted to $19.
