Yes.

If you are referring to the 10 round magazines in 45 Auto, they work with no issues to be had.

If you are referring to the 10mm round magazines, they'll cycle 38 Super just fine.

If the OP has a heel release P220, they may have to cut a notch 4.55 inches from the U on the back of the magazine.

Make the notch as wide as the magazine retainer. Tall enough for the clip to seat into the notch, but not go all the way through.

Doing so will allow the magazine to stay in place and function, but I wouldn't trust such a setup in a self defense situation.

The 10mm magazine will also accommodate 9mm Steyr. You may also be able to use 9mm Para, but I haven't tried 7.65mm.
