On my G43, I use Pearce +1 extensions, as they've proven reliable and don't extend any farther south than the +0's. I pocket carry, so I don't want them going any farther. The small finger rest is still short enough.
I don't bother adding longer extensions to the G43 for spare magazines, but were I to do so, I'd go with the Taran Tactical bases. They're quite reliable, add a touch of weight for dropping the mag when needed, and you can drop them all day long on any surface.
There are some here who have had bad experiences with ETS magazines, but in the G43, I never have. I don't choose to carry them, as I see them in a range role, but they do offer 10 round magazines. Mine have all fed reliably.
I carry my G43 with a MagGuts +2 in the gun, and two spare mags, both of those with Vickers Tactical +2’s. Both of these extensions have worked well with both range and defensive ammo.

The wife bought a G43 Vickers Edition. It came with one +2 Vickers mag extension. She bought more mags and put +2 Vickers extensions on them.
For around $10 ea, I think the Vickers +2 mag extension for G43 just might be the price-performance sweet spot.
Carry 6+1 and have the 8 rounders for backup and for range time. The 8 round creates a nice sized grip for a big hand. This message has been edited. Last edited by: DirectDrive,
