MK 25 Navy or Sig Legion RX?
I have a P320RX and really love this firearm! I am looking into purchasing another Sig to add to my fleet. I am stuck between the Navy or Legion. I really like the MK25 Navy but, if I am correct, I can not add a red dot on it. Am I correct? That is why I am leaning to the Legion red dot.

At some recent point, Sig was selling MK25 RX models. I haven’t tried to find one but have noticed a number of “out of stock” listings at Osage, etc.

Also, Sig had sold RX slide assemblies for the 226 which could be used to convert the regular MK25. I’m referring to the RX-mounted slide only (including contrast sights too) without barrel, guide rod, etc. and Osage did have these for $329 but they’ve since sold out.

Lastly, you could overspend by buying an RX caliber conversion kit to get the slide, even though you wouldn’t need the included barrel, etc. They retail for $579 but Osage has them marked down to $490 (probably due to Sig’s August 15% off promotion).

or of course you could just simply get the navy slide machined for a decent optic.

Thank you guys as I think you made my decision. I believe I may go with the P226 Legion RX as I do not want to create a make shift firearm. I was leaning to the Navy model probably because I served for 23 years in the military. Pretty lame reason but that's the truth! I had a P320 full size RX but my wife shot it once and loved it and now I am out shopping!
