For that you would need the slide thickness of a 224 or 229c which is much thicker. The slide on those are thicker than an M11-A1 to accommodate the 40/357 round. I wish my 224 or 229c had a slimmer slide. That is why a barrel change is all you need to swap between the 224/229c 9mm and 40. Same slide for both.

Not quite as thick. 357SIG works fine in a P239 and the P225-A1 is a very close cousin. I believe that with the P239 the 40/357 slide is only slightly wider than the 9mm version.
