Does anyone make an easy rack accessory for the P365. I believe NDZ did but I am not able to find any info on it any more.

This Pachmayr slide rack assist requires a little fiddling with to get it lined up correctly on the small P365 slide, but otherwise it works well:

If you are looking for something to stay on the pistol, I have these on my wife’s pistol to help her rack the slide. Same material as the Talon grips.

That looks like a handy item to have, but although it’s clearly stated on the site and in the video, it’s important to realize that the device is intended to be used in conjunction with a table or other hard surface to hold it against while cycling the slide.

Such a surface may not be readily available many places the pistol is being used. Also, I can readily see how having to use the device in that manner could be considered to be a safety violation on certain ranges or during firearms instruction because of necessity the gun will not be pointed “down range” during the process.

The Pachmyer device still requires the operator to have enough hand strength to cycle the slide normally, it just gives a much larger surface to grasp than the small, slippery pistol slide. It therefore may not work for everyone, but it does operate the slide in the normal manner. Nevertheless, if someone cannot cycle a P365 slide with the help of the device, I would recommend they choose a different handgun to use.

Plus that’s something I’d recommend considering if such devices are required at all if the gun will be used for defensive purposes. My ancient hands are having difficulty with my P365, but I can still cycle the slide without the assistance of a racking aid. When that becomes impossible, I won’t be relying on the pistol as a self-defense weapon.

If you don't find a good solution you may want to check out the S&W Shield EZ series. I have one in .30 Super Carry I got to add the cartridge. It lives up to the EZ name and is easy to handle. Very satisfied with it. Good luck finding your best solution.

Be sure you're taking every advantage possible. https://www.corneredcat.com/ar...-gun/rack-the-slide/

If you have so much difficulty that you need an external aid, you'll have a hard time if you need to, for example, "show clear" for the range officer during cease-fires, clear a stoppage or even break the gun down for cleaning.

Have you considered a different way to rack your gun: Hold your gun pointed down, strong hand on the grips, support hand on the slide, support arm nearly completely extended. Push down with your strong hand, moving the pistol forward while holding the slide steady.

This gives you extra leverage and may let you avoid needing an "easy racking" device.

I've found for some people a good system is to turn 90 degrees so the gun still points downrange and the support shoulder is toward the target. Hold the gun at chest level so both arms are parallel to the ground. Give the hold hand on the grip and the support hand on the slide a strong push as if you were trying to crush a can between them. Using full strength in both arms that way makes most slides no problem.

Another vote for this one. I have one in 9mm that is almost scary easy to rack compared to everything else I've ever owned. Not sure what kind of voodoo they did with the springs but it works.

I would also recommend the Ruger Security 380. It has all of the features of the EZ (not the grip safety) plus a few more. Capacity from 10-15 rds, FO front sight, etc.
