Any word on pricing? If they’re the same cost I’ll go for the Reserve, I have been contemplating the Legion.

Ah, this is a stainless frame vs the alloy Legion with the weighted grips. Still, it makes me curious about the price premium… the Legion is already a stretch, financially.

^^^What's it matter at this point? Right now ATF is effectively powerless to enforce any "brace/not brace" rules that they dream up.

That Flux really is an abomination. Hopefully it will NOT be allowed in USPSA competitions because it's pretty obvious that it's intended to purely be a race gun.

If it does get banned for use in the USPSA then Sig will have pissed about 125 grand for tooling to make it straight down the toilet.

IMO Sig should never have released this thing. Based on appearance only it looks to be a mass murderers dream gun and protection for firearms makers from lawsuits is eroding. This thing will only accelerate that erosion so politically it is a really bad idea.

I've stopped counting.

There's no additional tooling for the Flux. All SIG manufactured is the P320 X-Five components that sits inside the outer housing that is provided by Flux Defense, an outside company that actually makes the rest of the apparatus. The 'big deal' is that SIG is selling this as a complete assembly rather than having a customer first buy the Flux, then trigger group and associated SIG bits and then assemble it themselves.

That full size P365 Fuse with 21 round mags is something. Wow. That new grip frame looks aggressively textured and could be a good swap for the P365 XL/Macro, assuming it will fit?

Nah. No amount of "burnt" anything will look better than high polish black DLC.

That 226 X-Five is a fine looking piece!

The grips remind me of those gorgeous facette (Spelling)? pistols you purchased a while back 12131!

This is ridiculous, just re-read this.

Bubbatime - Related to the grip module, I think (stand to be corrected if wrong) that grip, looks very similar to the current SIG XLG (Laser Engraved) grip module and you are correct - it is aggressive - so much so that I had to take some fine grit sandpaper to my XLG grip module to reduce the texture ever so slightly. Now I love it - in fact it is the grip on my P365X - EDC.

The Fuse is simply a P365 XXL or a Macro XL or a Macro+ or whatever.

Slimline 17 round 4.3" barrel, a P320 Lite or P320 Slim?

Given the advantages of the slimmer frame and smaller grip size on the P365, does anyone think that something like the "Fuse" would be an issue duty firearm?

Only reason I could think of is Department Armorers probably don't want to have parts on hand for more than one gun, but as a personal carry, I don't see why not. The fiber optic front will probably have to be replaced, though.

I thought this was a joke post at first till I clicked the link. Not sure if I dislike this trend more or less than the rainbow/diamond plate/every finish under the sun thing of like 10-15 years ago.

The weird thing about the P365 is that it went backwards. Most gun designs start out life as a full size that gets shrunk down to compact/subcompact variants over time as the product line expands. The P365 started as a micro-compact and has grown into a full-size.

I think Sig probably wishes they could make the P320 go away and replace it with the P365 at this point considering the public perceptions of each platform (deserved or otherwise). I don't see that happening, though...and I'm good with that because I much prefer the bigger gun.
