I recently sent in a Gen3 Glock 17 for some custom work. An optics cut, match grade barrel install and Armor-tough finish.
Without going into detail, they ran into a technical issue while working on the pistol they took responsibility for.
They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I always appreciate dealing with companies with integrity. It seems to be more and more rare these days.

I’ve had A+ dealings with Wilson as well and I don’t even own any of their pricy stuff. Smile

Great company and I have had nothing but great experiences over the last 20+ years. One thing they did for me was provide purchase documentation on a couple of sets of elephant ivory 1911 grips more than 5 years after the original purchase. It required them to go back into archives as the data had been purged from the system and it was vital after Obama passed the ban of interstate ivory sales.

I own several Wilson 1911’s and all are top shelf in quality and performance. I never had to use their CS, but I have heard great things over the years.

What kind of "technical issue" did Wilson have with a Glock?

I had Wilson build me a Master Grade 130 that I carried as a duty gun for 20 years.

A year or so after I had it built, 1989 or so, the Hydra shock came out and, it didn’t want to feed it.

Phone call. Send it back with a box of ammo you want to shoot in it. Recut the barrel. Test fired. Sent back. No charge.

It had to do with the machining of the optics cut I was requesting.

I purchased some super duper nice grip panels for my 92 from Wilson. They are superb, prob the best that can be had for that gun in the polymer family. They are as handsome as the gun.

I have Wilson grip panels on all my Berettas and I love ‘em’.

Count me as another fan of Wilson Combat and their products and customer service. Their guns are pricey, but you get what you’ve paid for.

The Master Grade makes for one hell of a nice duty gun.

Back in the 1980s, Wilson's gun shop built me a couple of Accu-Comp LE .45s for USPSA/IPSC.
Sometime in the 1990s, I sent them another 1911 for a match grade barrel, trigger work and ambi-safety install.
I have ordered spare parts and accessories on a number of occasions and always had great service. Bill Wilson built his business making high quality firearms and accessories. It's no surprise his customer service department operates at the same high standard.

Wilson Combat makes quality products. I've never had to deal with their service folks.

I have one of their threaded drop-in barrels for my Glock 17 -- it's a good barrel, and a little more accurate than the factory barrel.

I have a 9mm W/C 1911, which is just amazing.

I have a few W/C AR15 rifles, uppers, and components. Stunning ARs -- I've put them to the test of just about every brand of ARs in competition and training. Outstanding accuracy, unflappable reliability.

Had Wilson install sights on my compact 92 Beretta, did a great job. That front sight was hard to see until they put a fiber optic on it

They did some custom work on my Gold Cup back in the 80s and I have bought many parts from them over the years. Great company to deal with.
