I have a P250SC 9mm and just received my compact 9mm exchange kit. Taking the FCU out of the sub compact was no problem however putting into the compact frame it doesn’t seem to line up correctly. With the take down hole lined up the slide stop rides behind the cutout on the frame. If I line up the slide stop the take down hole isn’t lined up

Is this a known issue? Is the subcompact FCU a different size than the other sizes?

Is there a different photo storage site other than photobucket? The site has become a real pain to work with with all the ads.

The new grip module may be for the smaller size slide release levers. You will need the new style lever assembly.

Colby Bruce is correct.

Your FCU has the older, tall and rearward-sloped slide release. The Compact grip module is the newer style for the shorter and forward-pointing slide release.

This article explains the differences in grip modules and slide releases - with photos.

OK Thanks

Looks like I will need to wait as it is currently out of stock.

I would call SIG and ask if they would just send one. New slide releases were routinely shipped with new grip modules for a while.

You can also get the older style frame. Plenty around cheap. Put a want to buy in the classifieds.

Yes, mags, barrels, grip modules are the same with the P250/P320 pistols, except there are variations as already stated. The original P250 grip modules were shaped different around the mag well, had different checkering, different mag bases.
