". . . no issues with light strikes . . . ? "

None that I can recall.
I shoot mostly .38spc at the range.
Usually 50 to 100 rounds per session.
Then finish with 2 or 3 cylinders of .357mag just for fun.
I can't even remember the last time I had a FTF with one of the Rugers.

While I'm using the 10lb rather than the 9lb, we have had zero issues with all the ammo we've used. Lots of buffalo bore, double tap, golden sabers, blazer, and a bunch of random 38spcl stuff.

So far so good, I'll go as far as to say I trust this set up 100% and my wife can shoot it much easier. I may end up ordering hammer shims just because.

Thanks for the response. Good to know. I'll run some ammunition through it. I have the heavier springs, if needed.

After reading earlier in this thread, I ordered the Wolff kit. Very good improvement for very little time and money.
