Yes. i have the RMSc and the Ameriglo Spartans on mine.

We can mill deep enough that it will co witness with the stock iron sights.

You might want to take this as an opportunity to post some pictures of work like this you've done on G43 series guns.

You might contact Lone Wolf Distributors since they do this work on Glocks all the time. Milling costs are a penny less than a hundred dollars and turn around time around s week!
They will also do the S&W Shield but favor every thing Glock.
