I absolutely love the grips on my 226 Legions which is beefier than my single stack P220 .45.

Anyone know of nice grips that would give me more meat to hold onto?

In my experience the Hogue Rubber grips feel "beefy" as well as the older Rosewood Grips used by Sig on their discontinued Stainless Elite models. With some internet searching you may find some luck on the Rosewood's.

You want beefier, the only two options would be rubber and wood, as noted above.
