| It looks like a 22lr Magazine assist loader. 22 magazines usually have tabs on side of magazine to use thumb and index finger to load rounds. This assist loader slips over top of magazine and pushes tabs down . Saves thumb and finger wear. Nice Hi Power btw. |

That does make sense ShootingSigs. The only thin 22 mag I have is for a Ruger SR-22 (the others are for double stack conversions); however, it has a bulge that prevents this from fitting. But, you can see how that would probably work. It must have slipped into the box when the seller was shipping it to me.

Oh, Ok, I stand corrected. Thanks cas. She and my FIL are both long gone, so my wife and I were just guessing at the time frame.
