I'm looking for some information on the new Sig P320 AXG Classic. Handled one today at the LGS and I really like the feel of it. Looks good with those classic wood grips too. The sticker was $1249 which strikes me as pretty high for a P320 but then again you get a nice Negrini case with it. Those aren't cheap. Anybody have this pistol? Thoughts? I grabbed one about a month ago. Feels more like a 229 than a 320. Nice trigger. Paid right about that. 3 magazines. Finish on the optic plate is pretty rough. Price on those scorpians came down after they had been out for awhile so these might do the same? I'm happy with it.

The AXG grip really makes the 320 feel like a Classic Sig. I bought an AXG grip to use with a Custom Works FCU, before the Classic was announced. But if I see one in a store.... maybe.

I want one. But I will wait until it comes down under 1K. If that happens. Would be great to have it in .45, too. End of Earth: 2 Miles Upper Peninsula: 4 Miles

I wonder why Sig didn't include the skeletonized trigger with this pistol?

It wouldn't be a "classic" with the funny looking straight and skeletonized trigger.. Q

I've tried all three factory triggers and the X Flat is the best IMO. Curved is too heavy, and skeletonized/Legion trades too much travel/creep for the lower weight due to the different trigger bar linkage geometry. Classic or not it gets a flat.
