18DAINYPD Guys, 3914DAO still in use?
Any NYPD guys here using the 3914DAO? Is it still in use? Off duty or plainclothes? Thanks!

TheGreatGonzoI know several NYPD detectives who still carry a 3914DAO or 3953TSW, all of whom have been on the job since the mid-90s. All of the younger guys I know personally carry the Glock 19 or Glock 26 as their off-duty guns.

deadmanmikeThe guys with enough time on with them have been able to keep them. They stopped issuing the 5946 a few years back as well
