This might happen. Guns aren’t selling right now.
Got this P229 with 4 mags for 480.00

For ME:
DA/SA=Sig 9mm or HK P30 LEM 9
Striker fired= Glock 9mm
If it's a .45= 1911
Suppressed= HK in .45
I like anything in 10mm

If you got cash, 2025 will be the year to pick up sweet deals on all kinds of stuff. Guns, cars, property, etc. People will be stressed and panic-selling, and buyers will be few. I'm guessing by summer it will be in full swing. Early signs are already starting to appear.

Not recently, but in the past. One also has to be careful after a few beers.

Wow, that is an incredible deal...Haven't seen a deal like that in quite some time.

I wouldn't be disappointed at all about scoring that for $480! Nice find!

I don't use GB, but I have a friend who does. Often he will broker a deal outside of GB. How come GB doesn't do more to prevent member buyers & sellers from transacting outside of GB, the way ebay does? Doesn't GB care about missing out on their percentage?

Great pickup! Last time I scored a "deal" like that it turned out was a CA compliant 226. The pic didn't show the huge billboard on top of the slide along with the ginormous LCI. Sigh.

Usually only works on guns you don't REALLY need/want.

A couple years ago I won two shotguns, bidding mid way through the auction (something I almost never do unless I really don't want it), I raised the bid by $8.00 both times and both times it was enough to win.

Oh my. Nice rescue. As a one and done you can do much better than p229. Is the E2 hated that much?

Not that I need another gun right now, but I tried a quick look and found nothing that cheap. If I did, and it was a P229 (not railed like yours, nor E2 Grips) in 357SIG or 40S&W, as nice as the one you got, I'd be REAL tempted!

I picked one up several years back from a member here with both barrels and good night sights but not finished anywhere as nice as yours. I've wanted to get a nicer one but didn't want to spend a lot.

How did you find it?

Just do a search for exactly what you want

I'll try that occasionally, thanks.
