Top gun supply carries the Grayguns parts- maybe they can answer your questions. Not aware of anyone else who actually produces an SRT kit for HK pistols.

^^^^^^^ I’m hoping he will respond. I’d prefer to buy his kit but my HK armorer and I had a couple of questions before I made the purchase.

GGI is the only one I’m aware of that sells SRTs so I sent them an email a week ago but I’ve had had no response. I sent them an email a week ago but I’ve had had no response. I even called and left a message but received no response to my call as well. So I’m looking elsewhere. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! BB61
Check your junk email box. That's where my last GG correspondence ended up.

I've texted Tyrell with the link to this thread so he sees it.
Can you let me know how you emailed them? Did you send a direct email or use the contact form? I see your email address in the profile, but not sure if that is the one you used?
Please send me an email with the above information. No need to post your email here as we want to keep the addresses off the open net to keep spam low.
Grayguns uses a very good system for transactional emails sent through the website's forms. When they reply to you, the email should be clean and not end up in spam, but that can depend on your email provider.

Robert Burke the Sig Armorer also does this.
What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone

^^^^ My HK P2000 V3 is a CCW weapon. I’m wondering if Bruce’s SRT will work reliably if I do the following with it?
Proposed modifications: 1. Bruce’s HK SRT kit; 2. Enhanced match flat sear spring - nickel plated; 3. HK Reduced power hammer spring (11 lbs); 4. Light trigger return spring; and 5. Firing pin block spring - enhanced.
Bruce’s description says the SRT kit will reduce the trigger pull so I’m also concerned that the combination would also lower the trigger weight to competition levels.
THANKS!

Yes, Shot Show starts early next week. My past experience is that certain shops and companies basically will shut down around Shot Show time. I remember one small shop years ago that shut down for almost 2 weeks.

I would imagine Shot is taking up their time and GG isn't a big shop, however here are a couple of reviews of GG's HK kit. The first one shows how to install the kit.

I have a P2000 & P2000SK that were both customized by Bruce’s team and have the SRT kits installed. Is there anything I can help answer, or is it a more technical question?

Not apples to apples but I have a P30(same lock work as the P2000) with the parts you listed with the difference being I’m using the older factory match hammer spring. I just checked the trigger and the 5 pull average on the Lyman digital is DA-8lbs and SA 3lbs 2.8onces, with the GGI short reset kit. Don’t recall if the kit dropped the trigger weight but it most definitely reduced the reset length. I have no reservations about the set up and would do it again.

Excellent. That is the information I was looking for. Thank you! I guess I'll have to annoy Bruce's sales department AFTER Shot Show and order his SRT kit.

P220 Smudge
Leading up to industry trade shows, things are hectic at small manufacturers. I was the shipping guy in an unrelated industry and the whole week and a half, all the owners, bosses, sales guys, and managers were getting ready for, or off to the show. I was handling customer support calls by myself. I did my best, missed a lot of calls because I was on the phone, didn't have an email account of my own, and was basically told "hold the fort, do your best, we're headed out to make money and we'll handle the backlog when we get back. Here's a notepad."
I suspect it's just a timing thing.

Hello BB61! Steve forwarded your post here to Gunsmithing Director Keith Hosey, who is messaging you via email. While it’s true we are slammed with SHOT preparations here at the main shop in Reedsport (fourth all-nighter in a row...I’m not wired for this anymore!) our lack of response is due to a customer service system failure that we shall correct. Steve, my Crew and I do not accept this, and I apologise.
Please let Keith know what you’re looking for, and he will get it to you as a favour when we return from SHOT in about a week. Thank you for keeping the faith with us.

Thanks Bruce!!! I just got an email from Keith (I guess we are all night owls tonight LOL). I’ll respond to him so everything is clear and just wait. Shot Show is critical for you and your company and I can wait. I appreciate your personal response. BB61
