I got one kinda by accident when my order of a P365 got screwed up. I took it anyhow and I'm glad I did, it's been perfect.
I figured I would have put the extended mag on the P365 anyhow because I hate not having my pinky on the grip. So realistically the only real dimension that would be longer on the 365XL is the barrel which is .4 longer than the P365.
With the XL you also get a straight trigger, slightly bigger beaver tail and a flaired magwell. You then have a flush fit mag that holds 12 rounds and if you really want an extended mag you can have 15 rounds.

I just read a post on another forum that says the poster bought a P365XL with a manual safety at a Sig Sauer Elite Dealer 3 days ago. Apparently they're being produced and distributed.

They show "coming soon" for me on the distributor websites. Pricing identical to the standard XL.
There's at least one more version on its way, with a manual safety and 10 round mags, for those of us who live in states where we are mag capacity challenged: 365XL-9-BXR3-MS-10

Yes they are available. I bought one 3 weeks ago from my local dealer kind of by accident. I ordered a P365 with a manual safety and an XL came in instead. I took it anyhow and I'm glad I did.
