What are people that have this combination actually using for holsters?

TT Gunleather will make an IWB or OWB with that combo.

Garrett Industries may, I'd call them.

Tucker lists the P365 with the Lima and the CT, but my guess is they will build it for the TLR6 too. You may have to call and have them add it to the list. I did that for my Glock 48 with an MRDS on it.

Nightingale Leather will make it as well, but you will wait 28-30 weeks for it. Kevin makes some amazing stuff and caters to just about every weapon/light/MRDS made, but it's a long wait. He made me a Glock 19 with XC1-B IWB model that is very nice, but took all 28 weeks to build. I currently have a Glock 19 w/ TLR-1HL and a P320 X-Compact with TLR-7 being made. Both cut for an RMR. Should be end of June. It takes awhile, but he is the only one I know of making them that is true 100% leather.
