I have 2. One plum slide that I shoot, and another that is a german police trade in that I bought from Sigmonkey some years back. That one appears very much so unfired by all accounts.

Dusty78If anyone was wondering about the new Hogue P7 M8 grips they are good to go. They have metal inserts at the rear where the grips lock into the frame.

MacGyver^^^Do you have to use the factory "ninja-star" type screw bushings with those Hogue grips, or just the grip screws by themselves?

P210When German police and border guard P7s were being imported I asked a dealer friend if he could locate one for me without a ground off agency marking. He sent me a new KH dated PSP for the trade in price, which was a phenomenal deal since the trade ins were priced pretty well as it was.

goose5Sometimes I shoot it better, and sometimes not. I was able to get a police trade in for a decent price. The last gun I bought off of 200ST. That was a few years ago.

wacopolumboI’ve had several over the years but because the manual of arms is so different than my other guns, they didn’t last. I liked them though but found them also awkward to carry with the weight and relatively small slide compared to the grip had the grip more difficult to conceal (for me).
They are going up in value at a tremendous rate. At a gun show in Hampton Va yesterday I saw several, including some rare ones. They were all listed as POR. I did as one vendor what he wanted for his P7M8 and nickel P7M13, I was told $3K and $7K respectively. I also saw several other P7s M8s and M13s. I even saw an engraved 380 version and the mythical nickel P7M10. I didn’t bother asking on those.
More P7s there than I expected.

OttoSigI saw one on an auction site yesterday listed as “stainless”. I was under the impression they were never offered in stainless.
The magazines looked nickel as did the cocking lever.
Price was fair but I didn’t wanna gamble.

MacGyver^^^Carbon steel only. It's probably nickel-plated or chrome-plated.

Did they actually sell any of them? $7k for a P7M13, even if it is the factory nickel finish with box and papers, is a bit ridiculous IMO. I recently sold one of my P7s (one of the rarest commercial variants) and got much less than I expected (sat for a while too).

I didn’t see anyone even touch one of the P7s much less buy any of them. I agree, when he said $7K, I just said thanks and moved on.

Their used guns are a pretty good deal. They will ship for free to your nearest Basspro/Cabelas and don’t charge a transfer fee.

Dusty78$3000 is a good deal with box and 2 mags. I recently got a used but unfired mint condition one for $3600 and a like new one with no box and only one mag for $2500.
