I have tried for 3 day to contact customer service. Waiting up to 45 minutes each time. No luck. Anyone have any other contact number to talk to a real person/

It could be an effect of the crud. Then there's curfews, protests, and whatever else is going on. More than likely it's customer service reps may still be working from home, and home schooling their kids.

Be patient, it (hopefully) will get better.

Yeah I am of the current mindset that everybody deserves a lot of slack these days.

Ok maybe not EVERYBODY but you get the point.

The CS page on their website lists times when traffic is light. I called during one and got thru in less two minutes.

How's about telling us the issue with your P365? Lots of knowledgeable people here.

What’s the build date on your P365 and what’s wrong with it?

Between the virus and all of the current rioting and looting, business owners are having a really tough time right now.

I sent a shotgun back to Davidsons for their lifetime warranty for light primer strikes on December 26, 2019. Still haven't recieved it back, my FFL called them a week ago and they sent it to I believe the manufacturer and were checking on it, but still haven't heard back. uuugggghhh.

Yeah COVID has them all messed up.

I emailed them and it took a week for a reply.

Totally understand and it wasn’t urgent.

Hope you can get your gun fixed, OP
