Most of the issues seem to be failure to lock back/training issue. The rest probably lie with weak/substandard 115grain ammo and new guns.

Not saying there are not teething issues but sounds a bit overblown to me.

And for the record I think they should have gone M9A3 or Glock.

Well, when I read the words “Winchester Olin” in the article, I immediate thought “White Box.” That may be a contributing factor right there.

Had always shot the 1911 and liked it. The first time I shot the M9 I cleared it thinking I had a squib. Why the Army changed from a pistol that kills to one that just annoys the enemy, I still don't know.

My own P320 downrange round count is trending heavily towards 4000 with no sign of anything described.
