Ronin101Will 226 X5 all around grips fit on a standard 226
Does anybody know for sure?.. thanks

I have the old school version of the Allround and it seems the frame was cut for both DA or SAO.
The Allround grips have extra material toward the safety & decocker as well as a different cutout allowing for the X series magwell.

There is a long and a short seat and they cause the hammer strut to sit at a different angle. I just do not recall what combination works with which combination. Someone with a better memory than myself will probably come along with some good pictures of disassembled pistols
The other issue will be visual. If you look at the picture of my X5-Allround just below you will see that the frame is undercut just beneath the trigger guard while the 226 family of firearms the grip frame goes straight up to the trigger guard. Again this is not functional this is cosmetic
Silly question, unless you can get an X5 grip very cheap, The Nills grips for the standard P226 are much easier to find than a set of factory X5 grips for the Allround. So why wouldn't you just buy the P226 grips?
